30-Day First-Purchase Guarantee
If your first purchase of a NOURVYRA supplement does not meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days of purchase at info@nourvyra.com. Include your order number, the product name, and a description of your experience.

The guarantee applies to purchases made directly through NOURVYRA. It is limited to one refund per product per customer, regardless of size or count; multiple units of the same product are not covered. If eligible, we will refund the product cost without requiring you to return it. Original shipping charges are not included in this voluntary guarantee, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We may review requests for misuse of this guarantee.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact info@nourvyra.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can assist with an appropriate remedy.

Your legal rights
This voluntary guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to faulty goods, cancellations, or withdrawal. Where applicable, customers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may have a right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving goods, subject to legal exceptions, including certain sealed goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.
